What happens when two Gujarati musicians, one based in Germany, the other in the UK, come together to explore the musical traditions that have shaped their lives?
Prayog (Gujarati for experiment) is an evening of musical discovery, bringing together Gujarati folk song, German songs and original compositions in a unique collaboration.
An intimate, acoustic, two-man show, Hardik Chauhan and Kavi Pau share the stage, moving seamlessly between voice, guitar, piano and church organ. Rooted in their shared Gujarati heritage yet shaped by different musical journeys, they explore questions of identity, faith, language and home.
Artists
